Goiás should harvest more than 24 million tons of grains in the 2019/2020 harvest
Soybeans are one of the expected highlights, with an increase of 5,4% in production and expected production of 12,05 million tons
With the aim of presenting technological solutions that manage pests and diseases in soybean and corn crops, and bringing knowledge to producers in the region, FMC will be present at the main fairs in São Paulo this January. The Company will participate in Exposoja, which takes place in Taquarivaí-SP, on January 09th; from Agro Ferrari no Campo, between January 29th and 30th, in Santa Cruz do Rio Pardo-SP; and from January 22nd to 24th, at Coopershow, the largest agribusiness technology showcase in the Paranapanema Valley, in Cândido Mota-SP.
For FMC Marketing Manager, Flávio Irokawa, the idea is to showcase innovations that result in positive results for crops, with a focus on plant productivity, quality and sustainability. “As we develop and invest in technologies that enable the evolution of agribusiness, the FMC technical team is able to be a strategic partner for the producer. We want them to be able to learn about the effectiveness of the solutions at our new stand, as we believe that together we can be more productive”, he declares.
For soybean cultivation, FMC will highlight its soybean project, which aims to publicize the important initiatives that the Company has been carrying out with all links in the chain in the exchange of knowledge and actions that seek better practices and results in the field.
The Company's technical team will be available to present the benefits of the Stone® herbicide, which promotes a clean path to productivity by controlling weeds, such as Horseweed, Capim Amargoso and Trapoeraba; in addition to Presence® Bionematicide, which shields the seed and guarantees greater root health at a crucial moment for successful crop establishment. To enhance yield, Seed+®, from the Fertís Line, is a biotechnological product that acts on plant metabolism, mitigating various biotic and abiotic stresses.
To complement the technological management package for soybeans and corn, FMC highlights the insecticides Premio®, which works to control caterpillars, with a different positioning for BT and conventional soybeans; Hero®, aimed at shock treatment to eliminate bedbugs and difficult-to-control pests; Talisman®, with high performance and resistance management in bed bug control; and Rocks®, for treating seeds against sucking and chewing insects.
