FMC participates in the XXVII Brazilian Fruit Culture Congress, which takes place between the 26th and 29th of April, in Florianópolis (SC), to present innovations especially for grape, apple, melon, mango and peach crops, which range from planting to the harvest, through high quality products for crop protection.

"FMC, aligned with its purpose, has efficient and sustainable solutions for the field. Therefore, we will present our product portfolio as well as our TOGETHER producer relationship program, which the producer can count on throughout the 21/22 harvest", comments Luiz Grandeza, Marketing Manager at FMC.

On April 29th, starting at 11 am, the FMC will promote the presentation of a symposium taught by Embrapa Grape and Wine Physiology researcher, Fernando Haweroth, who will address “Innovations in the Physiological Management of Fruit Trees with the Use of Biostimulants” . The main focus of the talk will be to transmit data from the research being developed with the Crop Evo product.

In addition to highlighting solutions for managing pests, diseases and invaders that cause losses to the fruit growing sector, FMC will also present its biological portfolio throughout the event.

Technologies

Concerned with being present throughout the entire crop cycle, FMC has Quartz, a biological product with high effectiveness in controlling nematodes in various crops, which can be applied at the time of planting, transplanting seedlings, during the cultivation cycle or after harvest. Altacor brings together everything the producer needs for efficient pest control. In addition to the lower environmental impact, its broad spectrum of action promotes the control of Grapholita Molesta in apples and peaches. Avatar is a contact and ingestion insecticide, which acts on the insects' nervous system, blocking sodium channels, making it a great option for managing caterpillars in crops such as apples, grapes, peaches and mangos. Crop Evo, a crop biopotentizer for foliar application, has greater antioxidant power and avoids the harmful effects of adverse weather conditions, such as drought, cold, heat and excess rainfall, in addition to the stimulation that provides a better productive potential of the plant. Regarding fungicides, Regalia Maxx is a biofungicide, which increases the natural resistance and health of the plant, increases vigor and quality, and is highly targeted at export crops such as grapes, melons, mangoes and papayas.
