FMC obtains registration extension for Avatar and Benevia products

Products expand the management of caterpillars and also whiteflies

FMC recently obtained the registration extension for two of the Company's insecticides: Avatar, responsible for promoting protection and a broad period of control for the management of caterpillars, such as Spodoptera, and Benevia, which has high efficiency in Whitefly and a broad spectrum of action, also controlling caterpillars.

With the extension, Avatar, which previously served cotton, corn and soybean crops, now also obtained registration for beans, peanuts, peas, chickpeas and lentils, allowing the farmer to have another tool to help in the control of the false caterpillar (Chrysodeixis includens). Bemevia, In addition to being registered for cotton, coffee, beans, soybeans, tomatoes, among other HFs, it also covers onion, garlic and shallot crops.
