FMC announces the election of Patricia Verduin to the board of directors

She has experience in regulatory, supply chain, quality and compliance

FMC Corporation announced the election of Patricia Verduin (in the photo) to the company's board of directors. She will serve on the Remuneration and Organization Committee and the Sustainability Committee.

Verduin has experience in regulation, supply chain, quality and compliance. She most recently served as chief technology and science officer at Colgate Palmolive Company from 2009 to 2023, where she led a global team of more than 2 scientists, engineers, designers, regulatory and compliance experts. Previously, she held leadership roles at Conagra, Nabisco and the Consumer Brands Association.

She currently serves on the boards of Ingredion Corporation and Avient Corporation, as well as The Valley Hospital of Ridgewood, NJ. Previously, she was a director of the Monsanto Company. She holds a PhD in Food Chemistry from Rutgers University and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
