CNA asks Mapa to extend ZARC deadlines for 2nd harvest corn in Paraná and Mato Grosso
CNA justifies that delays in planting soybeans in the first harvest and rains in February led to a significant delay in planting safrinha corn
The company of Italian-Japanese origin Sipcam Nichino Brasil will be one of the highlights at the Terras Gerais Field Day, which takes place this Tuesday, March 2, in the city of Lavras, Minas Gerais. During the meeting, which will bring together distributors of agricultural inputs, farmers, researchers and technical consultants, Sipcam Nichino will carry out a series of presentations and demonstrations in the field, around its line of technologies for managing soybean diseases and plant control corn invaders.
According to agronomist Sergio Camargo, from Sipcam Nichino's market development area, the company will announce at the location – the Terras Gerais Experimental Research Unit – the launch of a new technology for controlling weeds in corn crops.
According to Carlos Darini, also an agronomist and technical sales representative at Sipcam Nichino, the company will also focus on the fungicides Fezan Gold, Echo and Vitene. Specific to soybean rust, Fezan Gold helps treat end-of-cycle diseases, such as powdery mildew and leaf spots. One of the product's differentiators is its 'multimix' formulation, unique on the market, composed of active ingredients with systemic and protective action (multisite). The application of Fezan Gold, says Darini, does not require the use of oils and multisites in the tank mix.
The Echo fungicide is described by the company as a 'premium' product, recommended for the control of downy mildew and soybean septoria. Vitene, recently launched in Brazil, complements Darini, stands out mainly for its action against oilseed leaf spots.
