More and more agribusiness companies are seeking to be certified and offer a workplace with attractive, quality conditions for employees. This entire environment favors and encourages better results and so they are also reflected on the field. Following this premise, Fertisystem, a company based in Passo-Fundo-RS and which operates in research, innovation and technologies applied to planting and soil fertilization, has just achieved the GPTW seal, Great Place to Work Certification, for the first time. This is a global consultancy that credits the brand as one of the “Best Companies to Work for GPTW in Brazil”, reinforcing that it is a healthy working environment.
The people and management manager of the company, which today has almost 100 employees, Maria Torella (photo), says that throughout Fertisystem's existence they have always evaluated the organizational climate, but internally, and this was the first time they sought external certification . “We seek to promote actions based on our values, which are sustainability, innovation, transparency in relationships, excellence and appreciation of human beings. We want there to be engagement and joy within the network of employees, bringing better products and services to our end customers”, she reinforces.
Today the company has 15 vacancies to be filled, in the areas of production, engineering, marketing, technical, commercial and after-sales assistance. For the manager, the seal helps to attract new candidates and keep those already hired satisfied. “This year we will celebrate 20 years, and certification is a very important indicator for us. It gives us the guarantee that we have done an excellent job so far and we are going into the coming years with the same commitment and guided by the purpose of building the commitment to develop products that express sustainable values and practices, valuing human beings”, adds Maria.
