Expocafé 2022 has a defined model and dates

The Expocafé Management Council defined the dates and model of the event in 2022. This year, the main national coffee fair will take place between the 25th and 27th of May, at the EPAMIG Field in Três Pontas, a municipality in the south of Minas Gerais . To participate, the public and exhibitors must respect the health protocols to prevent Covid-19.

On May 24th, one day before the official opening of the fair, the 11th Coffee Farming Mechanization Symposium will take place, also at the EPAMIG Field in Três Pontas (MG). The Symposium, which brings together researchers, teachers, technicians, producers and students, is exclusive to previously registered participants.

In addition to the in-person model, Expocafé 2022 will also be held in a virtual environment. Between the 16th and 20th of May, one week before the fair, the Technical Meeting will be aired, aimed at participants with prior registration.

Expocafé is organized by the Agricultural Research Company of Minas Gerais (EPAMIG) and the Government of Minas Gerais in partnership with the Municipality of Três Pontas, Coffee Growers Cooperative of the Três Pontas Zone (Cocatrel), Federal University of Lavras (Ufla) , Emater-MG and Consórcio Pesquisa Café.
