EuroChem Brasil announces Maicon Cossa (pictured) as its new CEO, reinforcing the strategy of consolidating its presence in the country, with a focus on efficiency, proximity to customers and profitable growth. 

An agricultural engineer, Cossa has over 20 years of experience in the areas of sales, supply chain, strategy and management, having held leadership positions in the domestic and international markets. At EuroChem, he had already been leading the transformation of sales and distribution operations. His arrival at the helm reinforces the company's commitment to sustainable growth in Brazil and the consolidation of strategic partnerships in agribusiness. 

“At EuroChem, I have been leading the transformation of commercial and distribution operations, focusing on efficiency, proximity to customers and profitable growth. Now, we will be even more committed to these pillars, expanding our strategic development and consolidating partnerships in Brazilian agribusiness”, highlights the new CEO. Brazil occupies a relevant position in EuroChem's global strategy, representing more than 30% of the company's business worldwide. In 2024, sales in the more than 100 countries where the company is present were 26,5 million tons.
