Regions of Vale do Araguaia in Mato Grosso and Porto Nacional in Tocantins, which is also part of the Matopiba region, were awarded the company's headquarters
As always since the creation of Kimberlit Agrociências, 31 years ago, Antônio Carlos de Gissi Junior, Executive & Commercial Director of Essere Group, the new national agro holding company that brings together Bionat Agro, Floema, Kimberlit Agrociências and Loyder, transparency and professionalism remain the driving forces behind the business. “The entire process will be based on values that will be reflected in all businesses; with Corporate Governance increasingly present in the management and conduct of business and with our talents focused on generating value for our customers”, he details.
Among the expectations of the new holding are effective management, being sustainable, knowing your own numbers to ensure good decision-making, preparing and investing in professionals to take on new challenges, as national agriculture only grows, year after year, which requires agility in perceiving changes to capture opportunities, put them into practice and always know how to deal with changes in direction.
Luciano de Gissi, Operations Director at Essere Group, takes the opportunity to highlight some points aimed at the growth of the holding's business units. “Bionat Agro is expected to triple its revenue in 2021 with a projection of 40 million reais in sales and will have a new headquarters with 14.500 m², starting in the second half of the year. Floema will have its fleet expanded and capable of transporting refrigerated cargo, making it possible to deliver products with maximum quality. Loyder is assembling a new mixer that will have a manufacturing structure measuring 6 thousand m² and a production capacity of 60 tons per hour with Haya technology, designed to serve the São Paulo market and, according to strategic planning, by 2030 it will have this model replicated in 10 other industrial units across Brazil. Kimberlit Agrociências plans to invest in a new water treatment plant and improvements in the production process. “We want to make Bionat Agro the largest biological company in Brazil; endorse Loyder's participation in the national market for smart soil fertilizers and plant health; double Kimberlit Agrociências' commercial teams to consolidate its participation in the national market, placing it among the three largest specialized nutrition and biostimulants companies in the country”, observes Luciano.
Essere Group has four business units:
Created based on the vision of the future of global agribusiness and the needs expressed by farmers from all Brazilian regions for products that enhance results in the field and are sustainable. Bionat works in partnership with the largest and most renowned microbiological research institutions in the country, such as EMBRAPA, ESALQ/USP and Instituto Biológico.
Created in 2019, Floema Logística fulfills a role very similar to that of nature: It connects the ends of the production chain, fulfilling this strategic function in the process of delivering the right solutions, at the right time, and preserving its best quality.
It is one of the leaders in the production of fertilizers using cutting-edge technology and innovation. Specialized in the development, production and commercialization of solutions in nutrition and plant physiology, it focuses on increasing crop productivity through nutritional balance and physiological stimulation. Supported by the ISO 9001 quality management system, Kimberlit constantly invests in R&D of new products.
It is a company focused on developing high-efficiency intelligent soil fertilizers and innovative technologies that aim to promote greater plant resistance to environmental and human-caused stresses (Abiotic and Biotic), through the activation of their defense system, acting directly in plant health.
Among the holding's new features is the opening of its Shared Services Center (CSC), whose mission is to ensure excellence in supporting the operations of the group's companies with efficiency, control and responsibility to provide quality services that meet the needs and expectations of business units.
