The Embrapa (Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation) announces that it will select producers interested in evaluating the agronomic performance, multiplication and commercialization of seeds of the forage sorghum cultivar BRS 661. Seed producers must be registered in the Renasem (National Registry of Seeds and Seedlings) . The BRS 661 cultivar, developed by the Embrapa Milho e Sorgo breeding program, according to analyst Reginaldo Resende Coelho, is an open pollinated variety that stood out in the trials, bringing together important suggestive attributes for its recommendation for silage.
