Embrapa offers business opportunities through Open Notice

The Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation, through its Innovation and Business Secretariat (SIN), opens Public Offer to license common bean seed producers. The licensing will be for the production and commercialization of BRS FS311 seeds, protected on behalf of Embrapa, under Certificate No. 20210028, with the National Cultivar Protection Service – click here document with details of the Offering Notice and Cultivar. To join the group of licensees, the producer must be registered in the National Seed and Seedling Registry (RENASEM).

The notice opened at 8am on February 10, 2022, closing at 17pm on the 24th of that same month. Interested parties must submit their opinion via email (sin.eca@embrapa.br), registering “Offer Announcement No. 03/2022” as the Message Subject. With all requirements met, producers will be considered in the order in which expressions of interest are received, until the lots are exhausted.
