Eavision presents technology using drones at Agrishow

The application of drone technologies in agriculture opens up new possibilities for more digital work in the field

Eavision participates in Agrishow, in Ribeirão Preto. Operating worldwide since 2016, the company will use high-production drones as its main technology. The brand develops and manufactures intelligent remotely piloted aircraft suitable for all types of terrain.

According to Eavision CEO Ted Liu, the company already works directly with farmers, manufacturers, cooperatives and universities on different projects in Brazil. “For farmers, we work on different farms, such as sugar cane, corn, fruit, soybeans, coffee, peanuts and cotton,” he highlights. “We work to help workers in the field, save chemicals and make the system more productive,” he adds.

Liu explains that Eavision is still carrying out research and testing new technologies in the field. “We work directly with university professors in the area of ​​plant disease control and chemical economics,” he says. 

Eavision develops intelligent equipment and software used in various fields and scenarios, involving agriculture, electricity, art identification, medical treatment and railway transport, among which, mechanization. Currently, agricultural scenario intelligence is the company's main focus, working in precision agriculture, including drone spraying projects and AI-Farming system services.

According to Ted Liu, the Brazilian market is huge and has high acceptance of technology due to its higher yields and better quality. “Multi-technologies can be well applied and the Brazilian market will be a global leader for drones and also in agriculture using artificial intelligence”, he points out.

The use of drones in the field is part of the agriculture 5.0 scenario. “The application of drone technologies to agriculture opens up enormous possibilities for more digital work in the field. The use of drones is just the beginning and new technologies will continue to emerge”, he says.
