In search of optimization and precision solutions for producers in Mato Grosso and Rondônia, Agrocat entered into a strategic partnership this year with Drakkar, a company providing Precision Agriculture (AP) services in Brazil. The objective is to provide customers with soil mapping technology that allows for more efficient use of fertilizers and improvers.
Today, the joint work already has more than 25 clients, in an area of 35 thousand hectares, located in 10 municipalities. The next step of this project is to consolidate and expand to more than 50 customers by the end of 2020.
Agrocat is the first reseller in Brazil to have Drakkar's services in its sales portfolio. “For us it is a great honor and opportunity to show the benefits of AP in Soil Fertility Management in the western region of Mato Grosso and Rondônia, providing information from value to customers”, highlights the vice-president of Drakkar, Claudio Luiz Lemainski.
