This Tuesday, Dow AgroSciences held an awards event to publicize the best works highlighted by the 4th Dow AgroSciences Application Technology Awards. The event was part of the VIII Sintag - International Symposium on Application Technology. The award is a way for Dow AgroSciences to encourage actions that aim to improve the methodology of scientific research in work that deals with the application of phytosanitary products.

“The award is an important tool that allows us to exchange knowledge between industry and academia, which is very relevant for promoting the sustainability of agribusiness, in terms of application technology”, believes the Coordinator of Good Agricultural Practices at Dow AgroSciences , Ana Cristina Pinheiro. “The quality of the work is always surprising, because although the issue is very technical, responsible application is closely linked to the adoption of good agricultural practices. This perspective must be present in all professionals in the field”, she reinforces.
