DLG (German Agricultural Society) has merged DLG Service GmbH into DLG Markets GmbH. The move aims to consolidate services, streamline processes, and expand its international presence at agri-food industry trade shows and conferences.

The reorganization strengthens DLG Markets as the entity's main operational arm for international events and projects. The new structure centralizes previously separate areas, such as trade show organization, event services, and international cooperation. The company now operates as a single platform, with unified communication and greater agility in responding to the market.

The merger includes the joint leadership of Jens Kremer and Tobias Eichberg. They led both organizations prior to the merger. According to Kremer, DLG Markets will offer comprehensive solutions, from trade show planning to projects with public and private partners.

The strategy aims to meet the demands of a dynamic market with connected solutions focused on strategic value. DLG Markets' events include Agritechnica (held in Germany, Thailand, and Vietnam), EuroTier, EnergyDecentral, DLG-Feldtage, DLG-Waldtage, PotatoEurope, Canadian Dairy XPO, American Dairy XPO, and Future Ag in Australia. The company organizes trade shows in 24 countries.

With over 31 members, DLG maintains a global network of 3 experts and operates in 10 countries. It organizes more than 30 regional trade fairs and conducts practical tests and trials at centers such as the DLG Test Centre, Europe's largest agricultural machinery testing center.
