Zorvec Entido and Zorvec Encantia have a mode that offers consistency and control even in challenging weather conditions
Having maximum efficiency and control over all stages of the production process is essential to achieving good results and avoiding losses, failures that can compromise gains. With plants and agro-industries this process needs to be even more precise, as any error could mean irreparable damage. Many companies in the agribusiness sector fail in this process because they only see individual parts of digitalization, associating this transformation, for example, with revising their home page (website), converting paper forms to digital or maintaining a presence on social media. But the challenges of digitalization go much further.
To help with this process, precise data control is essential, which is why, in recent years, GAtec - a company specialized in agro-industrial management, consultancy, training, development and systems integration - has been especially dedicated to the digital transformation of agribusiness. One of these solutions is SimpleViewer, a data extraction tool that is capable of searching for information from any structured database, whether from GAtec itself or from other companies, such as market players and/or ERP companies.
A difference is that SimpleViewer can be accessed directly in the browser (Chrome, Edge, IE, among others), as long as the user is connected to the internet. There is no need to install anything on the user's machine. All queries derive from the concept of “Data Source”, where sets of information are created that are accessed and can generate different types of outputs, such as graphs, lists, reports, etc.
The company operates in various agricultural crops, including sugar cane, grains, cotton, coffee, citrus, livestock, and also supports, trains and accompanies entrepreneurs and managers on their path to implementing the digital era. “By using the solutions offered, companies become flexible, shorten response time in the face of rapid growth, constantly enabling the opening of new disruptive business areas, full of information for day-to-day management and support in decision making” , says Jefferson dos Santos, business administrator and manager of the Ribeirão Preto and Minas Gerais unit.
GAtec's implementation and operation methodology is assisted, supported by the establishment of an agile culture that encourages innovation and constant improvement. Thus, a successful digitalization strategy shows how digital technologies can be used to increase the automation and efficiency of your organization, creating added value for processes and customers (internal and external), and being increasingly closer to them is fundamental to this success.
To try to be even more agile in this service, strengthening its operations in Brazil, GAtec has expanded its operations through new branches, which are arms of the headquarters located in Piracicaba, in the interior of São Paulo. According to Santos, who will be one of those responsible for the service unit in Ribeirão Preto and Southern Minas Gerais, operating through the new spaces, GAtec complements, more closely, the service to its customers and prospects.
Also according to him, through GAtec's own office in RP/MG, the quality, methodologies, products and solutions already consolidated over the last 20 years will be guaranteed. “Unlike competing companies, the branch will not act as a representative or franchise but rather as an extended arm of the parent company. This way, all alignment, discourse and posture already known to customers will be maintained and expanded”, highlights the business administrator.
For Carlos César Oliveira, one of the managers responsible for service in RP/MG, a big difference in this strategy is that professionals know the needs of the regions closely, such as their characteristics, challenges and best opportunities. “Speaking to branch managers provides customers and prospects with a speech aligned with the reality they experience. Partners who have been with us for more than 10 years confirm the strength and robustness of our solutions, in addition to knowing our employees personally, which makes the partnership even closer and more personal”, reinforces the professional.
The company is also betting on the strength of agribusiness in the Center-West, North and Northeast of Brazil, which is why it is also taking its managers to the thriving MAPITOBA region -, formed with the initials of the states of Maranhão, Tocantins, Piauí and Bahia - , and also for Goiás and Pará. For manager Fábio Augusto de Almeida Bento, the opportunities in these regions are very significant, especially in MATOPIBA, which is the country's new agricultural frontier, that is, many investments and possibilities for carrying out business. “For the company, it is essential to be present in these regions so that it can achieve its growth objectives and impose its brand in places where it is not yet well known, in addition to bringing improvements to the market”, he details.
According to Rodrigo Breviglieri, manager of the same region, feedback from GAtec customers in the states where branches are being structured has been very positive. “According to customers from Goiás, the arrival of the branch will help them with faster service and there is nothing better than physical visits, mainly due to the pandemic that naturally took away this work tool”, highlighted Breviglieri.
GAtec also already has a branch in Cuiabá, where managers are responsible for operations throughout the State of Mato Grosso. For 2022, the company is already planning to expand or expand the structure where it already has offices. According to Marcelo Campos, “the initial idea is to better structure the units, with the definition of prospecting and market development processes”, he says. “Soon afterwards, we will continue to open new areas in other regions of the country”, adds Paulo Comora.
