Deere & Company has completed the acquisition of Unimil, a Brazilian after-sales service parts company for sugarcane harvesters.
In October 2019, John Deere announced an agreement to acquire Unimil and thus further reinforce Deere's commitment to the sugarcane business in Brazil, as well as its commitment to helping customers reduce their costs of production. Unimil offers a wide portfolio of parts and economical solutions to customers.

Based in Piracicaba, São Paulo, Brazil, Unimil was founded in 1999 and has approximately 430 employees. The company will maintain its own name and trademark.
