Corteva brings solutions and launches in fungicides at the Coopavel Digital Rural Show

Corteva Agriscience has a broad and diverse portfolio of insecticides and fungicides for summer crops. In a chapter that has just gone live in the digital version of Show Rural Coopavel, the company announces launches and highlights characteristics of already established products. Agronomist Flávia Vieira is the one who presents and gives details about Corteva's materials. The main launch for the 2021/2022 harvest is Viovan, indicated for the management of soybean diseases. Among others, it was developed to control stains and rust. One of the advantages of the product, according to Flávia, is that it does not require the addition of adjuvants. Another new feature is Aproach Power, the evolution of Aproach Prima. According to Flávia, the launch is a product that does not cause toxicity and, like Viovan, also eliminates the use of oils and adjuvants.

Corteva also presents Dermacor, an insecticide suitable for treating seeds. There are two dosage options, from 50 to 100 milliliters for every hundred kilos of seeds. “This is a solution that adds productivity, stand maintenance and offers the certainty of controlling pests that disrupt crops, especially at the beginning of the crop’s development.” Corteva's video also makes room for Vessarya, which brings already known and established technology. It combines control of DFCs and rust management with an indication of a maximum of two applications per crop cycle.

Due to the pandemic, the in-person stage of the 33rd Coopavel Rural Show was cancelled. Therefore, the main novelty of this edition is the inauguration of the digital version of the event, recognized as one of the largest in the world in transmitting information and new knowledge to agriculturalists.
