Copercampos technicians are recognized for their performance in the Copergestor Program

Developing management, control and presenting existing opportunities in technical assistance are objectives of the Copercampos Copergestor Program. The project carried out by the cooperative's technicians also encourages cooperation between employees and members.

And to value individual performance and that of the technical assistance teams that were more assertive and efficient in the year/harvest, Copercampos rewards outstanding professionals in the 2022/2023 harvest.

The professional with the best result in the program was Agronomist André Luiz Scuzziatto da Silva, from Curitibanos/SC, who received the Best Professional Trophy and a cash prize of R$5. Second place in the ranking was Agronomist Adriano José Scuzziatto Mozer, from Brunópolis/SC, who received a prize of R$4 and a certificate.

Third place in this harvest's program was Agricultural Technician Leoni Maschio, from Nova Prata/RS, who received R$3. Fourth in the ranking was Téc. Agrícola Kristian Andrade, from Otacílio Costa/SC, who received a check for R$2. In fifth place in the program was Agronomist Fábio Luiz Ceni, from Zortéa/SC, who won a prize of R$1.

The team from the Technical Department of Curitibanos/SC was the Copergestor Program team – 2022/2023 harvest, and received a trophy and R$5 in cash.

“More than recognizing the professionals who obtain the best sales performance, this program strengthens the relationship between associates and the technical team, facilitates communication between field technicians and managers, in addition to enabling more efficient operational planning in the cooperative, that is, with data being passed on and constantly updated on the production and sale of inputs, we make more assertive decisions in the cooperative. We congratulate the technicians with the best performances during the year and we wish everyone much success as we continue to promote the best technical assistance in the field and provide the best productive results for our associates”, highlights Executive Director Laerte Izaias Thibes Júnior.

The results of the program are registered and evaluated by the Copercampos board advisory team. With this, it is possible to visualize the achievement of goals established for each professional. The program is also the basis for the Loyalty Program and for prospecting new customers and areas of activity.

The delivery of trophies and certificates was carried out by Technical Assistance Manager Fabrício Jardim Hennigen and Administrative Analyst Tiago Greef.
