ABR-LOG event mobilizes logistics companies in Santos (SP)
The meeting was held to boost terminals' adherence to the ABR-LOG program, which aims to improve logistical processes in the cotton production chain
Copercampos launched the Top Multipliers i2X Copercampos competition last week, in Campos Novos, Santa Catarina (SC). Developed in partnership with Bayer, using Intacta 2Xtend technology, the project aims to value associates and field technicians, in addition to promoting greater productivity in agricultural areas based on good practices and advanced technologies. Registration for the challenge closes on October 30, 2024. The awards event will take place in May 2025.
Copercampos members who have signed the loyalty agreement for the 2024/2025 harvest can participate in the challenge. Participants must be individuals or legal entities, at least 18 years old at the time of registration, and who work in soybean cultivation as producers. In addition, Copercampos consultants will be awarded according to the performance of the members they serve, as long as they are working in the cooperative at the time of registration and award.
At the launch event, the Executive Director of Copercampos, Laerte Izaias Thibes Júnior, and RTV de Soja Comercial Bayer, Daniel Kothe, presented information on the advancement of biotechnology and also on the production of seeds with i2X technology. At Copercampos, 36% of the seeds produced in the 2023/2024 harvest included technology that controls pests and weeds.
The competition awards pleased all associates and consultants. Copercampos' first productivity challenge will offer the member who achieves maximum productivity the prize of a 0km Toyota Hilux.
In the Soy Consumption category, the prizes will be: a quad bike for 1st place, an iPhone 15 Pro Max for 2nd place, and a brewer for 3rd place.
In the Soy Seed category, which includes cultivars with I2X biotechnology allocated as multiplication within Copercampos, the award will be divided into two groups:
- Group 1: Cultivars with Maturity Group 5.0 to 5.8
- Group 2: Cultivars with Maturity Group 5.9 to 6.5
The prizes for both groups will be the same as for the Soy Consumption category: a quad bike for 1st place, an iPhone 15 Pro Max for 2nd place, and a brewer for 3rd place.
Member consultants with the best productivity will also be awarded in the following categories: highest productivity – a quad bike; in soy consumption and seeds, the prizes are: a drone for 1st place, an iPhone 15 Pro Max for 2nd place, and a brewer for 3rd place.
