Use of biologicals in Brazil is driven by the new generation of producers
Data was presented during BioSummit 2024, an event that exceeded public expectations and received participants from five countries
The largest agro-industrial cooperative in the North of Brazil, Coopernorte today celebrated the inauguration of its first grain processing industry in a large ceremony that brought together the board, members, authorities, customers and partners. The event, held during Show Agro Coopernorte 2024, marks a historic moment for the cooperative and for the economy of the entire North region of the country.
"We want to show the whole of Brazil that the state of Pará and the municipality of Paragominas have the potential for much more than just providing raw materials. We can verticalize production and prosper, expanding our business capacity. This is Coopernorte's first agroindustry Our objective now is to develop a second agroindustry and diversify our portfolio with new products”, highlighted Bazilio Carloto, CEO of Coopernorte.
During the ceremony, guests were able to enjoy an exclusive tasting, where they were served dishes prepared with Coopernorte products by renowned chef Luiz Mestre Cuca. The dishes highlighted the quality and flavor of the food produced by the cooperative.
The ceremony also included a guided tour of the agribusiness facilities. Visitors had the opportunity to get to know the production processes and technological innovations implemented up close, which aim to increase the efficiency and sustainability of production.
