Coopavel will hire 800 people to work at the 34th Rural Show

Coopavel's Selection and Recruitment sector is already hiring professionals who want to work at the Rural Show, which will have its 34th edition from February 7th to 11th, 2022. More than 800 professionals (daily and monthly workers) will be recruited for the most different roles . In addition to the agreed salary for the contracted service period, these employees will be entitled to transportation and meal vouchers.

100 vacancies are now open for hiring and immediate start of the journey. They are to assist general services that will work in parking, field, cleaning/selective collection and assembly of stands. Closer to the fair, workers will be recruited to act as counter attendants and kitchen assistants, among other functions.

Work teams will begin their journeys according to a schedule defined by the recruitment area. “The Coopavel Rural Show is one of the three biggest events in the world in disseminating technologies for the countryside. And in addition to participating in this very important story, these professionals have the chance to obtain a job and income”, says the People and Management coordinator, Claudia Rocha.

Coopavel maintains recruiters at the Workers' Agency, from Monday to Friday, from 8am to 12pm and from 13:30pm to 17pm; and at Show Rural itself (BR-277, km 577), daily from 8am to 17pm. And on Wednesdays, registration can be done, during business hours, at the Coopavel recruitment sector in the industrial area – BR-277, km-582.

After that, candidates will undergo an interview at the recruitment sector and with the coordinator of the specific area. The monthly student will need to take the entrance exams.
