Constanza Finatti takes over management at John Deere

John Deere has promoted Constanza Finatti (pictured) to the position of Territory Business Manager. After more than three years as Territorial After-Sales Manager, she will now lead the commercial strategy and dealer network development in the Hispanic-North American markets, focusing on expanding the company's business and solutions.

Constanza has been with John Deere for 13 years, starting her career as an analyst and working her way up to leadership positions. She holds a degree in Business Administration from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina.

“I begin this new challenge with enthusiasm, curiosity, and a strong commitment, motivated to continue generating value for our customers, our dealerships, and our business in the region,” Constanza stated in a press release.
