Technicians from the National Supply Company (Conab) began this week the data collection research that will support the analyzes that will be published in the 7th Survey of the 2021/2022 Grain Harvest, which will be released by the Company, nationwide, on the 7th of April.
The work is carried out alternately remotely (by electronic contact or telephone to informants) and in person, with visits to the main producing regions of the country. In this survey, the states that will be visited by Conab technicians are: Bahia, Rio Grande do Sul, Minas Gerais, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Paraíba, Piauí, Tocantins, Maranhão and the Federal District.
Among the data analyzed in the states, variables such as: planted area, average productivity perspectives, crop development, predominant stage of the crop, influence of climatic conditions, control of possible pests and diseases, evolution of harvesting and planting, as well as marketing aspects.
