The September edition of the Agriculture Market Information System (AMIS) bulletin was published this Thursday (8/8) and included the participation of the National Supply Company (Conab) with the provision of relevant data on the Brazilian agricultural scenario.

AMIS (Agricultural Market Information System) aims to present an international scenario of the development and conditions of the main agricultural commodities, focused on wheat, corn, rice and soybeans, due to the importance of these items in the global food base.

The analysis contained in the bulletin produced by them is the result of information shared by AMIS member organizations that monitor the agricultural market, with Conab being the institution representing Brazil.

For the September edition, the Company added information collected until last August on corn and wheat crop conditions.

The publication of AMIS is carried out monthly and aims to improve the transparency of agricultural market information and detect emergency situations and possible actions by public policy makers to guarantee global food and nutritional security.

All information provided by Conab is in accordance with the harvest bulletins, agricultural monitoring bulletins and weekly monitoring of crop conditions, produced by the Company, made available using this link.
