On Monday (19/09) the National Supply Company (Conab) began collecting information to compose the 1st Survey of the 2022/23 Grain Harvest. Conab technicians will carry out field visits to the following states: Bahia, Distrito Federal, Goiás, Maranhão, Rio Grande do Norte, Rio Grande do Sul, São Paulo and Roraima. For Acre, Amazonas, Ceará, Minas Gerais, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Pará, Pernambuco, Piauí, Paraná, Rondônia, Santa Catarina and Sergipe, the work will be done remotely.
This survey takes place at the time of planting of first harvest crops, especially soybeans, rice, corn and beans. During the research, the intention to plant all these crops will be confirmed, in addition to updating the remaining crops from the 2021/22 harvest, such as cotton and winter crops. The work will continue until Friday (23/09).
