The objective of the event, held in partnership with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), is to find ways to reduce grain loss in the post-harvest period.

The action meets the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG), which aims to reduce food waste per capita worldwide by half, in retail and consumed. However, there is also an intention to reduce food loss throughout the production and supply chains, including post-harvest losses.

The seminar is open to the participation of researchers and the public interested in the topic, but with limited places. To participate, you must fill out the registration form and submit it by this Friday (23). If there are remaining places, they will be reopened on the day of the event.
