Companies in the agricultural sector can apply for the Mais Integridade Seal until June 3

Companies and cooperatives dedicated to agriculture that want to participate in the Mais Integridade Seal 2022/2023 can register until June 3rd. The award recognizes organizations that adopt integrity practices with a focus on social responsibility, environmental sustainability and ethics.

Companies and agribusiness cooperatives located in the country, dedicated to agricultural and fishing practices of any nature, can participate.

Registration can be done on the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply website (Mapa), filling out the form available at the following address: https://www.gov.br/pt-br/servicos/realizar-inscricao-para-obter-o-selo-mais-integridade. 

Among the benefits that can be achieved by the award-winning companies are: gaining image and positive publicity among citizens and direct competition; recognition of possible international partners; increased motivation for staff and service providers; and better risk classification in credit operations with official financial institutions.

In the last edition of the award, 17 organizations were honored, nine with the Green Seal and eight with the Yellow Seal. In the 2021/2022 edition, for the first time the Mais Integridade Seal was awarded to a company in the fishing sector, Frescatto Company. Headquartered in Rio de Janeiro, the company has been operating in the fish processing business since 1944 and serves more than 11 thousand customers in all states of the country.
