Luis Marcelo Spadotto (pictured) took over as CEO of Colombo Agroindústria in June. The appointment marks a new phase of growth and consolidation of the company's corporate governance, which operates in the sugar and ethanol sector with three production units in São Paulo.

An agricultural engineer with over 30 years of experience, Spadotto has held leadership positions at COFCO International, Cargill and Usina Santa Adélia. He is recognized for his strategic performance, management excellence and focus on innovation and sustainability.

The arrival of the new CEO accompanies the restructuring of the Board of Directors, chaired by Andrea Rolim, which now has seven directors representing the Colombo family's holdings, in addition to three governance support committees.
