CNH Industrial, owner of the brands Case, FPT Industrial, IVECO and New Holland, has open opportunities for those who want to take their first professional steps in a large company. Registration began last Monday, April 8th, and will run until the 28th of the same month. There are 400 vacancies in South America available in Betim (MG), Contagem (MG), Curitiba (PR), Nova Lima (MG), Piracicaba (SP), São Paulo (SP), Sete Lagoas (MG) and Sorocaba (SP ), in Brazil, and Buenos Aires and Córdoba, in Argentina.

In Brazil, the CNH Industrial internship program lasts two years and, in Argentina, the period is one and a half years. Students from different areas, such as administration, law, economics, engineering, psychology, international relations, among others, can participate in the selection.

To participate, the student must be over 18 years old and interested in experiencing the culture of a global company and be available to intern for 6 hours a day, throughout the internship program contract.

According to CNH Industrial's Human Resources analyst, Natali Castro, during the internship program, students receive guidance to seek innovation. “The objective is to seek the continuous improvement of interns through cooperation and teamwork. It is important that future interns want to contribute to the company becoming number 1 in capital goods in the world, while developing.”

CNH Industrial has an Intern Development Program (PDE), which, through biannual meetings, develops technical and behavioral skills, in addition to offering the intern the opportunity to experience in practice the multicultural environment of a leading company in its segment, with emphasis on debates on entrepreneurship and sustainability, always with a career focus.

“Through this path, young people qualify to be protagonists of their career, being able to apply for internal positions in the organization and take on new roles in the market”, assesses Natali Castro.

The CNH Industrial internship program has three hiring cycles per year: February, June and October. Students who sign up for this new process and are selected, after all the steps, will be hired in June.

They must register on the website www.vagas.com/cnhind and carry out the online testing stages — logical reasoning, general knowledge, Portuguese/Spanish and English — so that they can later participate in the face-to-face panel with business managers, when they will learn more about the areas and vacancies. Interns have benefits such as scholarships, food assistance and transportation in line with the market.

Intern recruitment rate grows at CNH Industrial

The number of interns hired at CNH Industrial increased from 16% to 22% in 2018, exceeding the target of 18%. “Considering the chronology of interns hired, in 2016, 30 interns were hired, in 2017, the number rose to 49, and in 2018, 72 interns continued their careers at CNH Industrial, occupying a new position. These numbers are excellent motivation for future interns”, highlights the Human Resources analyst.

News in the next cycle of the internship program

For the next cycle of the 2019 internship program, CNH Industrial Human Resources will implement video interviews during the selection process. “This innovation aims to optimize online steps and avoid a high number of candidates traveling to our factory locations”, explains Natali Castro.
