Banco CNH Industrial releases its first annual report

Headquartered in Curitiba (PR) and with a presence in important industrial and economic hubs in Brazil, Banco CNH Industrial - the financial arm of CNH Industrial in Brazil, managed, in 2018, a total portfolio of 8 billion and 956 million reais, which represents an increase of 16% compared to the previous year, and recorded a net profit of R$163 million. Your "penetration” — an indicator that indicates how much is financed in relation to the goods sold — stood at 31,5% at the end of the year.

 The financial institution provides financing for the acquisition of products from the CNH Industrial brands – Case IH, CASE Construction Equipment, New Holland Agriculture, New Holland Construction, IVECO, IVECO Bus and FPT Industrial, through financing lines from the National Bank of Economic and Social Development (BNDES), Direct Consumer Credit (CDC) and leasing operations.

In order to get closer to the financial market and as an important part in the diversification of funding sources proposed by the company, Banco CNH Industrial released its first Annual Report. The document is an important chapter in the strategy to improve communication and investor relations tools, in addition to fostering the Bank's relationship with the financial and capital markets.

This report takes a broad approach to the operating market of Banco CNH Industrial and CNH Industrial, including corporate profile and company structure, providing more clarity on the company's current situation, its economic-financial performance in the last year and comparing it with the previous periods.

In 2018, the Bank was voted best in the Groups and Automakers category of the Financial Mais Yearbook, published by the newspaper O Estado de São Paulo. It currently occupies second place in the ranking overall number of BNDES resource transfer agents and first place in ranking Moderfleet.
