Banco CNH Industrial concluded its third Issuance of Financial Letters worth R$500 million. The Financial Bill has been used with the aim of making the offer of credit viable and this issuance is part of the Bank's strategy of recurrently accessing the capital market, this time bringing a structure in four series: two of two years – pre- fixed and CDI + spread; in addition to series of three and four years in CDI + spread. The demand for the paper met the expectations of the issuer and also of the coordinators - banks Itaú BBA and Bradesco BBI.

According to the Treasury Manager of Banco CNH Industrial, Gustavo Ribeiro Bakai, Financial Bills will become a fundamental part of the new funding from Banco CNH Industrial. “This year we had a great demand for products not originating from BNDES, which forced the Bank to seek new sources of funding; and the capital market plays a very important role in this sense”, he highlights. In addition to the issuance, Banco CNH Industrial carried out, on the 18th, the 2nd Investors Day in São Paulo, presenting its results to the financial market and reinforcing the Banco CNH Industrial brand as a frequent issuer, always combined with news from CNH Industrial.

The Bank's CFO, Fabiola Temponi e Góes, reinforces that “our mission as financial services is to provide the best solution for the customer looking for a CNH Industrial product. A strategy for funding robust makes the solution complete and also at a competitive price”, he declares.

Banco CNH Industrial is one of the largest financial institutions for car manufacturers in the country, operating for 20 years financing the agricultural, construction, transport and energy generation segments. In Brazil, the institution is present in more than 470 points of sale of more than 150 dealers of the CNH Industrial brands – New Holland, New Holland Construction, Case IH, CASE Construction Equipment, FPT Industrial, IVECO and IVECO BUS.
