CNH Industrial appoints new manager for precision technology portfolio

CNH Industrial recently appointed Adriano Becker as the new precision technology product marketing and portfolio manager ("Precision Technology Product Marketing & Portfolio Manager"). He assumes the role after more than 11 years at the company, accumulating experience in several strategic areas.

In his new role, Adriano will be responsible for leading the marketing strategy and development of CNH Industrial's portfolio of precision agriculture solutions for Latin America. The company is one of the global leaders in the segment.

Adriano has extensive experience in the area of ​​precision agriculture. Throughout his career at CNH Industrial, he held positions such as digital product manager for South America, digital product marketing specialist and senior precision agriculture training instructor.

In his previous positions, he was responsible, for example, for:

• Manage CNH Industrial's digital product portfolio for South America, transforming market opportunities into exceptional solutions that satisfy customers and generate positive results for the company.

• Work with precision agriculture products and services on the market. Collect and communicate product opportunities to regional and global product development teams. Support communication and introduction of new products/services in the Latin American market.

• Coordinate and execute precision agriculture technical training (AFS and PLM) for Case IH and New Holland dealers in Latin America. Develop the training path aimed at training dealership technicians based on the line of products offered. Interact with other areas of the company (engineering, marketing, product support, end customer support, technical publications...) aiming to be aligned with the company's strategic actions.
