Banco CNH announced changes to its organizational structure. The changes cover the commercial and insurance departments, "commercial lending", and include the creation of a new department focused on the management of financial products.

According to the institution's president, Heberson Góes, the news reflects the bank's commitment to offering improved business solutions, being closer to dealers and brands, and ensuring the best financing experience for its customers. "The new appointments aim to further strengthen the bank's ability to meet the needs of its customers and partners, in addition to recognizing internal talent and investing in innovation", he highlighted.

Fernanda Baltazar takes over as commercial and insurance director

Fernanda Baltazar was announced as commercial and insurance director, replacing Marcio Contreras, who now assumes the position of commercial marketing director at New Holland for Latin America. With a degree in international business administration from UFPR and a postgraduate degree in business planning and management from FAE, Fernanda has extensive experience in the credit area. Working at Banco CNH since 2013, she began her career serving the Iveco brand and, more recently, worked as "retail commercial manager" for the Case IH brand, where she supported the dealer network in financing operations.

Marcelo Dalcuche in the "commercial lending" department

The "commercial lending" department will now be headed by Marcelo Dalcuche, previously responsible for the "business solutions" area. Dalcuche graduated from Centro Universitário Curitiba. With eleven years of experience at Banco CNH, according to company information, he stood out in coordinating the quality team, applying continuous improvement tools and reviewing processes, in addition to working in data governance.

Financial products management department under the command of Jucivaldo Feitosa

Jucivaldo Feitosa was appointed to lead the newly created financial products management department. This new area was developed with the aim of focusing even more on the customer experience, prioritizing innovation in technologies, data analysis and market research. With more than 30 years of experience, Feitosa has been at Banco CNH for a decade, having previously held the positions of commercial, marketing and insurance director, and commercial lending director.
