CNH announces changes to global leadership team

According to the company, the new team is organized in a simplified matrix and comprises industry-leading experts and professionals

CNH announced its new global leadership team ("Global Leadership Team" - GLT) for the agricultural sector. The Construction segment will operate as a distinct business unit, although still within CNH.

According to the company, the new GLT is organized in a simplified matrix and comprises industry-leading experts and professionals. His internal and industry knowledge, along with his significant experience, will support the company's strategic execution. The appointees begin their new roles on August 1st.

The new segment heads are:

• Gerrit Marx: assumes direct responsibility for the Agriculture segment as CEO of CNH, covering the previous role of President of Agriculture.

• Humayun Chishti: named construction president. He joined CNH in 2002 and was previously the construction finance business partner.

• Douglas MacLeod: confirmed as president of financial services. He has been with the driver's license for over 15 years.

Regional heads are responsible for the financial performance and business execution of the agriculture segment in their respective regions. Are they:

• Vilmar Fistarol: confirmed as president for North America. He has more than 30 years of experience in the company.

• Carlo Alberto Sisto: confirmed as president for EMEA. He joined the CNH in 1998.

• Rafael Miotto: confirmed as president for Latin America. He has more than 20 years of experience at CNH.

• Luca Mainardi: appointed president for Asia-Pacific – excluding India.

• Narinder Mittal: appointed president of India.

For the function head (“Function Heads”), the following are confirmed:

• Stefano Pampalone: appointed commercial director of agriculture with global responsibility for the commercial strategy, brand and after-sales activities of the agriculture segment. He was previously president of construction, where he led the turnaround of this business to record margin growth in 2023. 

• Oddone Incisa: confirmed as financial director. He has over 25 years of service with the Company.

• Jay Schroeder: appointed technology director. He has over 30 years of experience at CNH, covering roles of increasing responsibility in research and development, most recently as head of agricultural product development.

• Carlos Santiago: appointed manufacturing director. He will also be responsible for the CNH business system. He returned to CNH in 2023 after nearly a decade with Daimler and Mercedes Benz overseeing industrial operations first in Brazil and then in North America.

• Tom Verbaeten: confirmed as supply chain director. He has been with the CNH since 1994.

• Chun Woytera: appointed director of quality and customer advocacy and director of sustainability, transitioning from her role as President of Asia Pacific.

• Kelly Manley: confirmed as human resources director.

• Roberto Russo: confirmed as legal and compliance director, having worked at the company for more than 35 years.
