After registering nominal records in February and March this year, Tahiti lime prices fell by more than 30% in April. According to Cepea researchers, the drop was linked to higher-than-expected supply and weakened internal and external demands.

In May, Cepea researchers indicate that the forecast is that the supply of the fruit will decrease compared to the previous month, especially from the second fortnight onwards, which could support the fruit's values.
