Product portfolio includes new Axial-Flow harvesters, new Fast Riser planters and the new Patriot sprayer
Case IH, a CNH Industrial brand, today announced the launch of the new Axial-Flow Series 150 and 250 grain harvesters, the new line of Fast Riser 6100 planters and the new Patriot 350 sprayer.
To present the news, the brand will hold, on August 7th, an online sales convention for its dealer network and, for all customers, employees and the general public, a live broadcast with the country duo Bruno and Marrone for presentation of new machines and solutions. “This initiative is a milestone in the way we conduct our marketing actions and reflects important principles that are in our DNA: innovation, technology and pioneering spirit. We believe that this is the positive side of the scenario we are experiencing, which challenges us to rethink the way we relate to and remain close to rural producers”, highlights Christian Gonzalez, Vice-President of Case IH for South America.
Even in the face of the pandemic scenario faced in the country, the brand chose to maintain the 2020 launch calendar. “We are more firm and committed than ever to bringing increasingly technological products, services and solutions to rural producers”, he highlights. Gonzalez, who also states that the brand's new features this year are the beginning of a new growth cycle for Case IH in Brazil. “We are even more committed to providing the best in global mechanization technology to take Brazilian agribusiness to new levels of productivity and efficiency.”
For its products, the brand focuses on its strategy, which focuses on technology, supported by four pillars. The first is performance, in which the machines are bigger and faster to meet planting windows, which are getting smaller and smaller; the second pillar, focused on efficiency, in which machines work more and waste less; the third, focused on the autonomy of the equipment, which self-adjusts until reaching the stage of total autonomy and, the last pillar, aimed at servitization, focused on serving the producer with a bigger and better service proposal.
“The renewal of our entire portfolio has already been structured prioritizing these pillars. They are revolutionary equipment in terms of technology, efficiency and productivity. Our objective is this: to constantly advance in the technological development of the brand’s equipment”, details Gonzalez.
The series has a new transmission with 4-speed electronic drive, which ensures more agility in operations and greater comfort, in addition to a new front axle that brings greater robustness. Available in models 4150, 5150, 6150 and 7150, the evolution of the 130 Series meets the demands of the field and some of these improvements come from technologies available in Case IH's larger combine models. This new line of machines is suitable for all producers, who day after day seek to increase professionalism in their businesses.
With an intelligent automatic regulation system, the Axial-Flow Series 250 Automation AFS Harvest Command combines have four harvesting modes that provide greater simplicity in operation and increase productivity. With 16 sensors that collect data from the industrial system, Automation self-regulates and finds the optimal working point for each situation. The true automation system automatically controls 9 combine operations without the need for operator intervention. The brand also presents the new Draper TerraFlex 4F platforms available in sizes of 30, 35, 40 and 45 feet.
Foldable and with fewer lubrication points, the Fast Riser 6100 promises to revolutionize large-scale planting. Available in versions from 48 to 61 rows, it offers truly uniform plant emergence, from the first to the last row, due to the patented weight distribution system on the wings. In this way, the new machine, in addition to covering more hectares per day, guarantees the quality of the harvest even in shorter windows.
With a new free span of 1,73 meters, the New Patriot 350 allows a bar height range of 0,55 to 2,5 meters, which serves taller crops, such as corn and sugar cane, during all stages of the cycle, ensuring precision in each drop.
For this action to present the products to the public during the 'Red Power Show', the brand has the support of partner brands: Aftermarket Solutions, the CNH Industrial business unit responsible for commercial strategy, marketing, services, customer care, product support , training and logistical distribution of parts for the group’s six brands; Banco CNH Industrial Capital, has been operating in Brazil for 21 years, financing the agricultural, construction, transport and energy generation segments; CASE Construction Equipment, markets and supports a complete line of construction equipment around the world; Case IH National Consortium, a modality that does not charge interest and is an option for those who want to purchase equipment on a scheduled basis, is also managed by Primo Rossi, one of the most traditional consortium administrators in the country; FPT Industrial, a CNH Industrial Group company focused on the design, production and marketing of propulsion systems for on-road and off-road vehicles, agricultural and construction machinery, as well as marine and power generation applications; IVECO, a CNH Industrial brand that designs, manufactures and markets in Brazil a wide range of vehicles for transporting cargo, vehicles for transporting passengers and defense vehicles; Ram, a reference in the pickup truck segment and belonging to the FCA group (Fiat Chrysler Automóveis), sister brand of CNH Industrial and which will be on live with the New Ram 2500; and Petronas, Malaysia's national oil company, responsible for manufacturing and marketing Acelka lubricants.
