XP Inc. announces Caroline Namora as its new Marketing Director. The advertiser takes on the role with the mission of boosting the company's brands, in addition to strengthening customer relationships with the services offered, which are in the expansion phase.
With more than 15 years of experience in the areas of communication, advertising and social media, Caroline has built a solid career in the financial sector, with stints in the Marketing area at Unibanco (2006 to 2009), Itaú (2009 to 2019) and, more recently from XP Inc., where he began his career as Head of Marketing at Rico, in 2019.
After two years of repositioning Rico, he spent the last year as head of Marketing at XP, where he led some of the brand's sports campaigns and sponsorships, as well as the largest investment festival in the world (Expert XP), for example. In the new position, the executive will lead the strategic positioning of all the company's brands, as well as the communication, live experience, media, insights and PR teams.
Caroline has a degree in Advertising from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a postgraduate degree in Business Management from Escola Superior de Propaganda (ESPM).
“I see my main mission as building, together with the entire team, strong and desired brands that connect with their audiences in an even closer way, going beyond the financial universe. Each of our companies and brands has its own essence, its own DNA, and we want to enhance this, always thinking about the interests of those who really matter, which is the customer”, explains Caroline.
