Candidates will participate in a dynamic selection process, which includes receiving content about the company and tips for performing well in the stages. Calls will be made at different times, depending on the progress of the process. Upon joining Bunge, the program will offer students the chance to experience in practice the challenges and opportunities of a career at Bunge, with personalized learning paths, immersive cycles and the development of technical and behavioral skills.
“Agribusiness is one of the most important segments of our country’s economy, and we have a role to play in ensuring that such a fundamental segment has professionals who, even at an early stage in their careers, have a comprehensive and in-depth view of the importance of the sector,” explains Luciane Batista, Bunge’s vice president of HR for South America. “We seek talent that identifies with our values, and our selection process helps us in this regard by allowing candidates to learn more about our culture and how we apply these values in practice, in our day-to-day work. Successful candidates, in turn, will continue to delve deeper into a process of ongoing immersion, based on our development paths,” she adds.
Among the benefits, the company offers a market-compatible stipend, medical assistance, life insurance, meal vouchers or cafeteria (depending on the location), food vouchers (depending on the location) and parking or transportation vouchers (also depending on the location). Bunge interns also have access to wellness programs and mental health care.
