Bioeconomy will be the topic of debate at a free FGVAgro event

Registration is open; The meeting will be online, on October 30th, and includes a meeting of researchers from USP, FGV and ABL

On October 30th, at 10am, the Center for Agribusiness Studies at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGVAgro) promotes a free online event on “Bioeconomy: measuring emissions in agriculture and the green transition in Brazil”. Registration is open and can be done on the FGV website. 

The webinar will feature talks by Daniel Vargas, professor and coordinator of the FGV Bioeconomy Observatory, and Eduardo Assad, a researcher at the institution. Also participating will be: Cândido Bracher, member of the Board of Directors of Itaú Unibanco; Carlos Nobre, researcher at the Institute of Advanced Studies at USP; Jorge Caldeira, writer and member of ABL; Paulo Hartung, president of Ibá; and Roberto Rodrigues, professor emeritus at FGV. Moderation will be handled by Antonio Carlos Kfouri Aidar, advisor to the president of FGV.
