Bevap Bioenergia is elected one of the best companies to work for

Once again, Bevap Bionergia celebrates recognition from the international consultancy Great Place to Work (GPTW), which elected it one of the best companies to work for, for the fourth year in a row. Renowned worldwide, the certificate proves the quality of the work carried out by companies by delivering an excellent corporate environment to their employees, making them feel respected, valued and proud to be part of.

The merit of this award is due to the company's various internal initiatives that generate impacts for everyone, such as Bevap Cultural, which values ​​culture for its educational and social capacity, supporting sociocultural events in the regions where it operates, Bevap Minor Apprentice Program, which creates opportunities for young people starting their career in the job market, Bevap + Mulher Program, which seeks to expand opportunities in the job market for women through actions aimed at the empowerment plan, and Bevap + Educa Program, with the aim of helping employees to take another step in guaranteeing a professional future in the company, in partnership with the Department of Education, bringing schools together as support points in the company to enroll and also monitor employees' exams.

CEO Newton Santana, who assumed the presidency of Bevap Bioenergia this year, with the commitment to reaffirm the growth strategy, in addition to seeking greater competitiveness and results that generate value, celebrates the achievement. “We are very happy with the recognition of our company, our work and our employees. Currently, the main producing region in the state is the Triângulo Mineiro, but with the results it has been achieving, the company has contributed to inserting the Northwest of Minas onto the country's sugar and alcohol map.
