Embrapa launches four soybean cultivars for Central-North Brazil
One conventional soybean cultivar and three transgenic ones with high production ceiling, adaptability and indication for producing regions in Central Brazil
The downward movement continues to be observed in the corn market in most regions monitored by Cepea. The ESALQ/BM&FBovespa Indicator (Campinas/SP) closed at R$86,84/sc this Friday, 29th, a decrease of 2,72% between October 22nd and 29th – the low for the month was 5,43%.
In general, buyers remain away from purchasing corn in the national spot, indicating that they are supplied and attentive to the weak pace of exports, the good development of the summer harvest in Brazil and the progress of the harvest in the United States.
Some sellers, in turn, are more flexible, considering that many still have stocks and need to negotiate with the arrival of the summer harvest.
