Innovations in seeds, a new fungicide for soybean farming and cutting-edge digital tools are some of the attractions that Bayer presents at Tecnoshow Comigo, which takes place from March 27th to 31st in Rio Verde (GO).

The multinational invests more than €2,8 billion annually in research and development focused on agriculture. The proposal is to demonstrate to farmers in the region how the company's solutions can contribute to the sustainable growth of agricultural production.

One of the stars is Fox Supra, a systemic fungicide for soybeans, which acts against diseases such as Asian rust, target spot, brown spot, anthracnose, cercospora and powdery mildew. It consists of two active ingredients, prothioconazole and impirfluxam.

In corn cultivation, Bayer presents the Curbix insecticide to control leafhoppers and stink bugs; and the nematicide Verango Prime, which combats nematodes such as the lesion nematode (Pratylenchus zeae) and root-knot nematode (Meloidogyne incognita).

Marcio Santos (in the photo above), president and commercial leader of Bayer's agricultural division, highlights the company's commitment to delivering sustainable solutions for rural producers. The company intends to show at Tecnoshow Comigo how its innovations can increase productivity per hectare and reduce environmental impact, through more intelligent and efficient decision-making.
