Bayer launches selection process for commercial team with salary of R$7.000,00

Registration is now open for the new edition of Conecta Agro, a program to hire professionals for the commercial team of the agricultural division of the multinational Bayer. The objective is to select people interested in contributing to the transformation of the field by building solutions with customers. Applications can be made via the Cia de Talentos website until November 17th, and the salary is R＄7.000,00.

The initiative seeks professionals with varied backgrounds, not restricted to the world of agronomy. Selected candidates will have access to a development path, which includes an onboarding full of information about the agro market, the construction of a strategic project, experience in an organization with a global presence and immersion in a collaborative, inclusive and flexible culture.

“Conecta Agro aims to develop the careers of professionals who will work in the commercial area of ​​the company’s agricultural division. To achieve this, we are looking for people who are engaged with our values ​​and who have a great interest in innovation, people and the environment, with the ability to create connections between areas to guarantee the best delivery to our customers and propose integrated solutions with digital tools”, explains Patrícia Leung.

The program has 20 opportunities in 13 Brazilian municipalities and lasts one year. The vacancies are distributed in the following cities: Passo Fundo (MG), Uberlândia (MG), Varginha (MG), Ribeirão Preto (SP), Rio Verde (GO), Goiânia (GO), Sorriso (MT), Tangará da Serra ( MT), Primavera do Leste (MT), Londrina (PR), Campo Mourão (PR), Cascavel (PR) and Ijuí (RS).

Gabriel Salvador has a degree in administration and was one of those hired for the previous edition of the program. Today, he works as a Technical Sales Representative for the soybean team. He lived in Recife (PE) and moved to Goiânia (GO) when he discovered that he was approved in the selection process. “I had never had contact with agribusiness and I loved deepening my knowledge in the area. My tip is: enjoy the journey and the selection process. Be sure to dedicate yourself as much as possible, study before each stage and actively participate in the activities. This way, you will feel safer and show interest and preparation to be there. It’s worth making connections and looking for other professionals in the field who can help,” he recommends.

Vanucci Batista, who has also been through the program, says that Conecta Agro exceeded his expectations. “I can say with certainty that Conecta Agro was a turning point in my life, a totally innovative program in which I challenged myself personally and professionally at all times. Participants will spend most of their time working in the field and will dedicate themselves to projects that involve data analysis and generation of insights to add value to Brazilian farmers.

Requirements: Completed higher education in any area with training between December 2019 and December 2022; availability for travel and change; and valid category B driver's license (driving experience essential).

Wage: R＄ 7.000,00
