Bayer announced today that it had been placed prominently on the "A List" of the NGO CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project). The ranking was released on December 13th. The company is among the select group of those that achieved "A" in the classification regarding climate change ("Climate Change"), "B" in forests ("Forest") and "A-" in water scarcity ("Water Scarcity" ).
"Bayer's excellent rating track record by CDP in recent years and the latest result validate the company's high degree of commitment to sustainability," said Matthias Berninger (pictured below), Executive Vice President of Public Affairs, Science, Sustainability and HSE from Bayer.
