Bayer will be in Luís Eduardo Magalhães, western Bahia, to participate in another edition of the Bahia Farm Show. In order to enhance the development of the local economy, the German company brings its entire portfolio of innovations in services and solutions for soybeans and cotton, the region's main crops, to farmers.
According to the May survey released by Conab, in the 17/18 harvest the State of Bahia produced more than 5,3 thousand tons of grains. In cotton farming, according to IBGE, the region stands out as the second largest producer in the country, and should be responsible for 22,8% of the national harvest, producing 914,8 thousand tons. "Bayer has a strong presence in cotton cultivation, whether through offering products for crop management or supporting the development of the entire chain, which is why being present at this important event allows us to be even closer to the producer", says Erick Cancian, Customer Manager at Bayer.
During the event, the company highlights Patrulha Percevejo, a service already consolidated in other states in the country, such as Paraná, Mato Grosso do Sul and Goiás, and which is now available to producers in Bahia and surrounding areas through the Network's loyalty program. AgroServices. "Bahian producers are already familiar with the services of the AgroServices Network, there are 533 members registered in the State and around 470 million points accumulated, 77% of which have already been redeemed", highlights Cancian.
Among the most requested services are precision agriculture, agronomic assistance, storage and laboratory analysis. To emphasize the commitment to offering the best infrastructure to producers, Bayer will present the Safra Boa é Bayer campaign, in which over 300 thousand reais purchased, following the campaign rules, the customer will earn 90 thousand discount points when redeeming the Patrulha Percevejo or in services from the Union of Independent Agronomists (UAI).
Coordinated by Bayer in partnership with the Brazilian Soy Strategic Committee (CESB), the UAI has been held since the 2015/2016 harvest and proposes a modern way of doing agriculture. The group encourages good soil formation and phytosanitary care among producers, in addition to presenting deeper technical subjects that help farmers seek high profitability, with investments and the use of new technologies.
To participate in the Network Points Program, the producer simply needs to be a Bayer customer and register online on the platform, in which every real invested in products is converted into points. During the fair, Bayer will register farmers in the Points Program, but it is also possible to register via www.redeagroservices.com.br or by Converse Bayer (080011 5560).
