Abdalah Novaes took on the role of Head of Crop Science Digital Farming Solutions - Latam at Bayer, a company where he has worked for over 10 years.
Among other functions, he worked in strategic planning, marketing and sales in the main agricultural continents: America, Europe and Asia.
Abdalah has a bachelor's degree in agricultural engineering from UNESP. He has an MBA from UFU, in addition to courses at the Université d'Avignon et des Pays de Vaucluse and the Universität St.Gallen (HSG)
