Discussing management inside and outside the gate is one of the objectives of the National Congress of Agribusiness Women (CNMA), and the Agribusiness Youth Congress (YAMI) which take place on the 25th, 26th and 27th of October, in a virtual environment. In this edition, the theme of both congresses is "Digital & Value Adding - The New Leadership in Agro".
The Agribusiness Women's Congress (CNMA) takes place over three days, from 9 am to 15:30 pm, and brings together several panels with several female leaders, including debate tables, case presentations, lectures and raffles. In addition to focusing on topics related to digitalization and sustainability, the debates emphasize how these transformations impact the culture of companies that are part of the extensive agribusiness production chain.
The Congress aimed at young people (YAMI), also takes place over three days, from 16:30 pm to 18 pm, and features the participation of young leaders in agribusiness. The program is full of debate tables on digital transformation, strategies for adding value to the production chain, new leaders in agriculture and raffles. The main role of YAMI 2021 is to discuss how the new generation of agribusiness is preparing for the digitalization of the sector and what is the role of leaders during the arrival of new market trends.
BASF will have important participation in both congresses. On October 27th, at 15:30 pm, the CNMA program opens up space in "Time for a Break" for the lecture "Vision Beyond Reach with xarvio", mediated by Samyra Baldassin, Marketing analyst at xarvio, and with the special participation by investor and businesswoman Camila Farani, who was part of the Shark Tank Brasil program. During the presentation, participants will learn details about the services and solutions offered by xarvio and will be able to participate in a draw for 10 places for mentoring with Camila Farani, ACE and BASF on management, innovation and entrepreneurship in agribusiness.
Also on October 27th, at 16:44 pm, YAMI presents the round table "The New Agro Leadership", with the participation of Juliana Justi, Head of HR for Agricultural Solutions at BASF in Latin America.
