Global company of North American origin grows in both countries with a strategy focused on expanding the portfolio of agrochemical solutions
BASF announced today (25/10) the launch of eight new molecules for the Brazilian market by the year 2030. The information was given by Marcelo Ismael, director of research, development and innovation at the Agricultural Solutions Division for Latin America.
Among these eight molecules, the Revysol was released this year. This is a product intended especially for controlling ramularia in cotton; and from Asian rust, powdery mildew and leaf spots in soybeans. Under the trade name Belyan, is already on sale in Brazil. It is also registered for use in other diseases and crops.
The second is the Axalion, still in the registration phase. It is intended to control leafhoppers in corn. As it is a priority on Anvisa's evaluation list, registration is expected soon.
The remaining six are herbicides, insecticides and fungicides.
