BASF announced the appointment of Hugo Borsari to the position of vice president of the seeds business for North America. The change is part of an internal restructuring of the company, which includes the promotion of Graciela Mognol to the marketing director of BASF's agricultural solutions division in Brazil (click here to read).

Borsari began his career at BASF's agro division in Brazil in 2018, holding the position of director of the seeds business. He was later promoted to director of the same segment for all of Latin America.

Over the past year, Borsari has focused his efforts on team integration, seeking to improve the company's ability to offer solutions that meet farmers' needs. Regarding the new phase of his career, Borsari expressed optimism, highlighting the opportunity to work in a new market and experience new cultures.
